Meticulously crafted during the tumultuous year of 2020, Higher Standard of Deviation is the debut tour de force from the Central Illinois band CAPS LOCK.  Spanning so many genres that it becomes genreless and drawing on infinite collective influences, the EP covers so much territory in so little time.  Elevating the idea of MidWest Post-Prog-Rock, CAPS LOCK looks forward to continue to defy expectations and  limitations, and present new musical adventures to listeners willing to explore the sonic galaxy.
